How does a user connect their account?

They pick their administrator and sign in inside Sail’s hosted window, on web or mobile.

What if our users’ administrator is not on the list?

Ask for it. New administrators are added within 15 days of the request, and the same connection flow and data shapes apply.

What data do we get?

Balances, contributions, activity, deposit details and more, each from its own endpoint. The current list lives in the Account Connections guide.

How do we know when something changes?

Sail provides several webhooks that keep you up to date. The full event catalog and payload shapes are in the Webhook Events reference.

Can members move money, not just read it?

Yes. Reimbursement claims and transfer requests are submitted through the API and tracked to completion, with every status change delivered by webhook.
